Simion Candrea

Mr. Candrea is a seasoned investment banker with almost two decades of Corporate Finance and M&A experience, in Canada and Europe. Mr. Candrea worked in the Investment Banking groups of Jennings Capital Inc. and AltaCorp Capital Inc., in the Wealth Management group of RBC Dominion Securities and the Lending and Cash Management group of ABN Amro Bank. During his time in Investment Banking, Mr. Candrea advised senior management teams on numerous M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. He was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing buy and sell side M&A mandates and equity and debt capital markets mandates. Mr. Candrea is well connected with both mid-market natural resources, industrials, forestry, technology and biotech companies and institutional investors in Canada and internationally. He is self-starter with high level of energy, integrity and professionalism.
